What to expect throughout the Allwyn Rocket Graduate program
Over 15 months, you'll progress through three stages designed to help you explore, experience, and take ownership.
- Explore (2.5 months): Rotate across the business, build a strong network, and understand how Allwyn works end-to-end.
- Experience (2.5 months): Work with key stakeholders, take on real responsibilities, and collaborate across teams.
- Own (9 months): Join your host team, deepen your expertise, contribute to meaningful business challenges, and lead your own Business Impact Project.
Throughout the program, you'll receive continuous learning, regular feedback and the support you need to grow and succeed.
Selection process
Applications are open until 30 September 2026. Our selection journey is designed to be simple, transparent and engaging:
