One of the largest womenswear textile companies in the European market, is seeking for a new IT Application Consultant. We’re looking for an experienced IT Application Consultant who has the technological skills to make us even more efficient. This person will analyze current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of ERP systems. The IT Application Consultant will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on our overall growth. We rely on IT systems to power our business around the world.

Αρμοδιότητες

Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management
Identify risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
Collaborate with department heads, business process owners, and key users to gather and define ERP requirements
Act as the primary point of contact between the ERP vendor/consultants and internal teams
Facilitate communication and change management to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system
Foster a collaborative working environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork across all departments involved in the ERP project
Conduct training sessions and workshops to prepare end-users for the new system
Manage post-implementation reviews to ensure the system is delivering expected results and meeting business goals
Ensure ERP implementation adheres to compliance requirements, including data security, privacy, and industry regulations

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Enterprise Resource Planning

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/ERP management
Proven experience managing ERP systems, including implementation, maintenance, and optimization. Knowledge of Entersoft ERP system is a must
Knowledge of object-oriented databases and object-oriented architecture
Advanced project management skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient user of English language
Positivity, flexibility
