MyJobNow is a revolutionary mobile platform connecting employers with candidate job seekers in the blue collar space. The blue collar recruitment space is riddled with high turnover rates (~30% monthly) and aged inefficient channels for employment matching such as classified ads or “looking for candidates” signs posted on shop doors. As a result the process of recruitment is cumbersome with limited reach, annoying communications and sub par decision making.
