Overview
ZEB (Zero Energy Building) will gladly undertake to make an energy audit of your building with a target to minimize energy costs. The actions proposed will be both in a passive direction and an active direction. Passive may include thermal insulation, new technology window and door frames, amongst others. Lighting, geothermal systems, green HVAC, and power-saving appliances can also be proposed. The energy that will unavoidably be needed for your building's operation will be offset by active systems, primarily the production of electricity using renewable energy sources. The actions proposed will lead to a balance of a Zero Energy Building!
