We are seeking a Senior React Developer to join our software applications development division!

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team to define and implement the strategic direction of front-end development, ensuring alignment with business goals
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications that enhance user experience
Work closely with product managers to gather project requirements and establish realistic timelines
Advocate for the adoption of modern development practices and tools, contributing to the establishment of best practices to improve team efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to enhance product performance
Ensure project deliverables are met on time, while maintaining high-quality standards
Participate in decision-making processes at a technical level, contributing to the evolution of future projects

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
5+ years of proven work experience as a Front-end developer
4+ years of working experience with React
Hands-on experience with Typescript and Material UI
Experience with state management tools such as Redux
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, testing, and deployment)
Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development
Strong communication skills, especially in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
