On behalf of our client, a leading construction company with main activities, the Design, and Implementation of Construction Projects (construction contracts), as well as Project Management (Design & Construction Management), we are looking for Site Engineers specialized in Interiors and Composite Building Materials for projects within Attica and Ionian Islands.
Organize and manage the construction site from the excavations to the completion of scheme.
Review and monitor the construction time plan.
Control the project's budget.
Assuring quality of construction works and materials specifications used on site.
Conducting measurements, interim (monthly)/final certificates of works and protocols of practical completion to the Subcontractors.
Reporting work in progress, time plan and project economics to the Management
Health & Safety monitoring; edge protection, falling from height, personal protective equipment (PPE)
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects
Excellent planning and organization skills
User of MS Office and AutoCAD, knowledge of MS Project
Ability to work well under pressure.
Time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
