We are looking for a committed SEO Manager based in Greece to work closely with our SEO team based in our Greece office. This role focuses on technical SEO and on-page optimization to enhance our clients’ search engine performance and user experience. Responsibilities

Technical SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and rectify issues affecting site performance, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed concerns.
On-Page Optimization: Optimize website elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content to align with SEO best practices and target keywords.
Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to inform content strategies and identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to ensure all website content is optimized for search engines and provides value to users.
Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports.
Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor websites to identify SEO strategies and areas for improvement.
Technical Implementation: Implement technical SEO recommendations, including schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt optimization.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing optimization.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in technical SEO and on-page optimization, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS platforms.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all SEO activities.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in English: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
