We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical & User Support Specialist to join our Team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage network users, groups, and computers in a Microsoft-based infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain workstations.
  • Oversee daily system backup processes.
  • Perform software configuration updates and upgrades.
  • Maintain and support Till Points and back-office applications.
  • Deliver technical support and training to end users both on-site and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Procure software, hardware, and IT supplies by liaising with vendors.
  • Actively participate in the design and implementation of new solutions.
  • Contribute to local and international corporate projects.
  • Collaborate with third-party technical suppliers to evaluate and ensure system compatibility.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience with Active Directory Services, MS Windows-based networks.
  • Familiarity with Entersoft Business Suite (EBS) or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and vendors.
  • Knowledge of IT delivery methods, standards, and approaches.
