| 1. | Prepare and organize mise en place based on daily outlet needs, to ensure smooth operations as per brand standards.
| 2. | Excellent knowledge of menu and retail items, demonstrating selling and upselling skills, as per outlet goals.
| 3. | Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner. Take orders using the PDA system and serve with accuracy, following brand standards and H&S protocols. Make recommendations to guests, as per outlet targets.
| 4. | Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures, ensure client’s personal data protection.
| 5. | Communicate special requests from guests to the F&B and culinary team, regarding allergies or specific preferences, to ensure excellent customer service is provided.
| 6. | Carry out position allocated tasks during shift and provide a detailed handover at the end of the shift, focusing on continuous improvement on a daily basis.
| 7. | Manage guest’s expectations, and attend to their needs, in a proactive and positive manner.
| 8. | Assist in all BOH preparations when necessary, ensuring teamwork and effective communication is maintained.
| 9. | Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and preserve a clean and tidy work area at all times.
| 10. | Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times. Guide and encourage team to do the same.
| 11. | Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news
