Basic Information

You will be responsible of an IT service portfolio management and their lifecycle process provided by doValue Group IT to its subsidiaries.

You will offer guidance and thought leadership on the evolution of doValue Group IT services, advise on the progression of services through the lifecycle, and manage the service portfolio.

Responsibilities

Effectively collaborate with business users at Group and local level to ensure the IT service portfolio evolves in line with doValue’s business & IT goals
Develop, maintain, and apply ΙΤ service lifecycle management processes (including performance management processes and reporting).
Ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met at all organizational levels
Manage the budget for the IT services portfolio aligned to IT budget and cost reduction goals.
Build a collaborative environment with vendors to foster innovation in service outcomes.

Professional Experience & Qualifications

minimum 2 years of relevant IT and business work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver services on time and within budget.
Ability to translate technical language into meaningful, outcome-centric language for customers

Ability to manage relationships and network with both IT and business partners
Fluency in English, both written and oral
