Responsibilities

Facilitate groups and lead cross-functional project teams in process improvement activities, including workshops and sustain changes in business processes.
Coach teams on applying process/system analysis methodologies and techniques to issues such as workload planning and scheduling, work processes and procedures, and organizational structure.
Develop or revise policies, processes or systems to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Design performance feedback systems and visual management tools to assess the resolution of business process deficiencies
Prepare reports, flow charts, organizational charts, graphs, and other documents summarizing findings and recommendations; present to stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Change Management

Organizational skill in managing multiple, often competing tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work respectfully to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of individuals from a variety of different positions, cultures and backgrounds.
Excellent written and oral communications skills, including the effective use of visuals in communication.
Proficiency with office software programs including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, cloud based collaboration tools, and email.
3 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar position dedicated to continuous improvement and/or facilitating lean, change management or equivalent activities for a complex and large organization.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt and/or change management certification, will be considered as a strong asset.
