Due to its expansion, LAS SOLUTIONS is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented Business Operations Coordinator in the area of Athens.

Responsibilities

· Intercompany offer preparation for services provided within the group

· Offer preparation for projects and services provided to the customers

· Liaise with operations team to establish billing processes

· Preparing man-hour estimations/calculations for project/service activities

· Utilizing ERP (Soft 1) entries to prepare weekly reports

· Preparation of Service Contracts for new customers

· Day to day communication with other departments within the KNAPP group

Requirements

* BSc degree in Engineering or business economics

3-5 years of experience in FM / Construction / Services Company
Experience with ERP systems (Knowledge of Soft1 ERP/SAP will be considered as an additional qualification)
Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
Strong PC literacy
Skilled user Office Excel
A positive and proactive attitude
Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Soft skills like teamwork, results orientation, critical thinking, adaptability, goals oriented
