Basic Information

 This role involves developing and maintaining business continuity strategies, ensuring effective response and recovery plans. It also includes assessing gaps, conducting regular tests, and staying updated on industry standards and best practices. 

Responsibilities

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and assess business continuity plans, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and resilience strategies and policies.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure effective response and recovery plans are in place.
  • Conduct regular testing and exercises of the business continuity plans to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present reports on business continuity and resilience status to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for business continuity.
 

Requirements

 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business continuity planning, risk management, or resilience analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with business continuity standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NFPA 1600).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification(s) in business continuity or risk management (e.g., CBCP, MBCI).
  • Experience in facilitating business continuity training and awareness sessions.
  • Knowledge of incident management and disaster recovery processes.
