We are looking for an IT Business Analysis Supervisor to join our Information Technology & Digital
Strategy team in Paiania, Greece.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative, performance- driven environment and supporting their development through regular feedback and coaching.
Drive the successful collection, documentation, and validation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clear communication to technical and project teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and implement technology-driven improvements that optimize business operations.
Ensure the quality and completeness of business documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories, following best practices and organizational standards.
Facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams, acting as a strategic liaison to align project deliverables with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
Support cross-functional projects by guiding requirement definition, prioritizing tasks, and managing evolving business needs to ensure alignment with IT capabilities and strategic direction.
Oversee and guide testing and validation processes to ensure business deliverables meet quality standards and mitigate potential risks.
Prepare regular updates and progress reports for senior leadership, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and key business impacts.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and ensure the effective delivery of business solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Solid knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
Experience with business analysis and process mapping tools.
Good understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and process improvement practices.
