We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our high-caliber Organization team.

You will have the opportunity to perform business analysis on process optimization requirements and submit proposals for new actions according to business needs. You will support the business in its effort for continuous improvement and cooperate with high professional teams across the company.

Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs in order to translate them to business requirements.
Supporting decision making processes within the company along with the cross functional teams by identifying the benefits of the solutions.
Identify areas for improvements or synergies with other projects or business needs.
Participate at the Operational Model design which is required for the implementation of projects, as well as the Transformation plan of the company.
Record requirements & compose documents for the development of new implementations and / or optimization of existing ones.
Design process diagrams.

Customer Needs Analysis

Data Analysis

Minimum 2+ years of experience in relevant fields of Business/Product development/Project Management/ Business Analysis.
Knowledge of Retail Banking products and procedures.
Working knowledge of systems such as Qualco, Arotron, XF.
University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
Business acumen and business/data analysis skills.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
Target oriented with skills in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling personal workflow as well as delivering quality work on time.
Advanced communication and presentation skills.
Team spirit with the ability to develop collaborations.
A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
Advanced knowledge of MS Office – Access - Excel
Project management skills.
