Basic Information

As a Cloud Architect (MS365 Focus), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring the successful adoption of modern workplace technologies, security frameworks, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Design & Implement MS365 Solutions: Tailor Microsoft 365 solutions to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Lead the deployment, migration, and integration of services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID.
Migration & Deployment: Lead the planning and execution of migration from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365, including the development of comprehensive migration strategies and implementation plans.
Optimize Hybrid & Cloud Environments: Provide technical leadership in designing, implementing, and optimizing hybrid and cloud-based Microsoft environments to ensure they align with best practices.
Enhance Security: Plan, implement, and optimize security projects using Microsoft solutions to ensure robust data protection and system integrity for our clients.
Pre-Sales Technical Support & Solution Design: Assist in presales activities, providing technical support and contributing to solution design to support business development and help clients achieve their goals.
Improve Processes & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by streamlining processes and optimizing tools.
Documentation & Support: Prepare detailed technical documentation on Microsoft 365 services, migration procedures, and related operational processes. Own and resolve customer issues while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work closely with colleagues and technical teams to address complex issues and deliver high-quality solutions.

5+ years of working experience on IT, focusing on Microsoft 365 architecture & design.
Degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields.
Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Servers & Clients.
Passion and tenacity for development of skills in the area of Security and Compliance of Microsoft 365 platform. Any previous experience will be considered as plus.
Exposure to migration projects such as on-premise to cloud.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
Ability to learn and support new technologies & share knowledge.
High quality of communication in Greek and English language, both in written and in verbal form.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, SC-400, SC-100 or equivalent) are highly desirable.
