We are seeking a talented and motivated Section Manager to join our Team in Kalamata!

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitability and sales by supporting the Retail Plan and Store KPIs.
  • Support business transformation and change initiatives for the area.
  • Set clear expectations with store colleagues to deliver high standards and service.
  • Foster a culture of digital innovation and leadership behaviors.
  • Build and coach a multiskilled team, utilizing tools to serve and sell effectively.
  • Ensure brilliant basics through the team.
  • Act on customer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Use data and insights to enhance the customer experience and improve performance.
  • Support the delivery of Plan A initiatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews, address underperformance, and celebrate success.
  • Recruit and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Follow company processes and policies for line management activities.
  • Maximize product availability and minimize stock and cash loss.
  • Ensure tasks are completed in line with business expectations and operating standards.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
  • Support visual merchandising updates during launches, events, and campaigns.

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in retail, with responsibility for managing people and budgets.
  • A minimum of 2 years of in-store experience.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong business understanding.
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Customer-focused with a high level of customer orientation.
  • In-depth understanding of store operations.
