Our IT Compliance Team sits within Technology & Transformation, one of the fastest growing practices in Deloitte. Our Technology & Transformation teams empower organizations to navigate the future through technology-driven business transformation. As a team member of our IT Compliance Team, you will:

Be responsible to ensure that data protection risks and internal compliance requirements are addressed within Deloitte’s Global Technology Operating Model process.
You will be providing expert advice on cyber critical areas such as information protection, secure systems development life cycle, third party security management, cyber risk management and applying project management skills to ensure that newly acquired or developed IT assets are introduced to Deloitte’s IT environment in a secure manner, compliant with Deloitte’s policy framework.
Support of the security review and risk assessment of IT assets process for Deloitte’s Greek, Italian and Maltese offices.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, work instructions related to regulatory, quality and technology compliance requirements.
Communication with Deloitte’s IT, Cyber and Business stakeholders such as Business Relationship Managers, IT Risk & Compliance Officer, Cyber / Infrastructure / Applications / IT Procurement Leads.
Coordination of risk assessment and management activities for IT third party (vendor) products and services.
Support of Deloitte’s Secure Systems Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) process.
Monitoring of security and compliance activities in project management for IT assets’ implementation.
Prepare regulatory & internal process compliance documents or reviewing relevant material for completeness and accuracy.
Design compliance controls and develop reporting dashboards.
Report to the IT Risk & Compliance Manager.

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Security
Strong understanding of IT controls and cybersecurity requirements
Influencing and communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Familiarization with various technologies and platforms including Cloud environments, Operating Systems, Databases, Network Infrastructure
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
Ability to work in geographically dispersed virtual teams
Very Good command of written and spoken English
Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel and must possess good report building and presentation skills
Analytical thought, strong problem solving and communication skills
Commitment to teamwork and ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal relationships
Ability to maintain professionalism and strive for high ethical standards at all times

Good to have
