The company supports the industrial sector in Greece and Cyprus in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive digital transformation and gain a competitive edge. Responsibilities

  • Identify and grow new business opportunities within industrial markets (e.g. manufacturing, energy, automation).
  • Lead strategic sales conversations, focusing on long-term value, not just transactions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored, consultative solutions.
  • Own key client relationships post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Design customer engagement plans, conduct periodic reviews, and act as the trusted advisor.
  • Support renewals, upsells, and expansion strategies that align with client goals.
  • Work closely with clients to map digital transformation initiatives and efficiency opportunities.
  • Develop business cases, ROI reports, and process improvement proposals.
  • Turn one-time projects into ongoing service engagements and recurring revenue streams.

Requirements

Account Management
Customer Needs Analysis
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development in an industrial technology, software, or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account management, ideally in the manufacturing, energy, or industrial automation sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, focusing on both strategic growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong experience in managing recurring revenue models and ensuring ongoing customer retention.
  • Strong sales acumen, with experience in driving consultative selling and identifying value-driven solutions for clients.
  • Ability to use data and performance metrics to measure success and optimize customer engagement.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools to manage customer pipelines and forecast accurately.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Languages: Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written) is required. Other languages are a plus.
