Special Risk Solutions (SRS) Group of Companies is an independent group based in Athens, Greece. Our group consists of two companies:

SRS Wholesale (Re)Insurance Brokers S.A., which places business in the open market, as a wholesale broker.
Special Risk Solutions (SRS) Underwriting Agency MGA S.A., which underwrites on the behalf of capacity providers.

Our purpose is to provide insurance professionals with the most current and innovative products available in the global insurance & reinsurance market. Through our product development, we provide our added value - which is the "missing link" between the insurance professional and their client.

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice to the employer and staff on various legal matters related to the business sector.
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
Prepare corporate legal documents such as Board of Directors minutes.
Develop and implement company policies and procedures to manage and mitigate legal risks effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, promoting best practices throughout the company.
Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other third-party bodies.
Stay abreast of changes in legislation affecting the business and industry.
Serve as a legal resource to senior management on human resource issues and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor legislation and practices.

Requirements

Contract Management

Legal Writing

Bachelor's Degree in Law
At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Law
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong team spirit
High attention to detail and accuracy
