On behalf of our client, an established international retail organization with a presence in multiple global markets, we are seeking a Section Manager to join the team at a flagship store in Trikala. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial success by supporting the store’s operational strategy and performance targets.
  • Contribute to the implementation of business transformation and change initiatives within the store or wider area.
  • Set clear goals for team members to maintain high service and operational standards.
  • Promote a culture that embraces digital tools, innovation, and leadership accountability.
  • Build and coach a versatile team, equipping them with the skills and tools needed to serve customers effectively and drive sales.
  • Ensure operational excellence through consistent execution of day-to-day store activities.
  • Leverage customer feedback to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Utilize data and insights to optimize customer engagement and team performance.
  • Support the execution of company-wide initiatives, including sustainability and corporate responsibility efforts.
  • Conduct regular team performance reviews, address development needs, and recognize high achievers.
  • Oversee recruitment and deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new hires.
  • Follow HR and operational policies in managing and supporting the team.
  • Optimize product availability while minimizing losses related to stock and cash.
  • Ensure all operational tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and timelines.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment for both employees and customers.
  • Assist with the execution of visual merchandising plans during campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

  • achelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in retail, with responsibility for managing people and budgets.
  • A minimum of 2 years of in-store experience.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong business understanding.
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Customer-focused with a high level of customer orientation.
  • In-depth understanding of store operations.
