Responsibilities

Follow HR and operational policies in managing and supporting the team.
Optimize product availability while minimizing losses related to stock and cash.
Ensure all operational tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and timelines.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment for both employees and customers.
Assist with the execution of visual merchandising plans during campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

achelor's degree in any field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in retail, with responsibility for managing people and budgets.
A minimum of 2 years of in-store experience.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong business understanding.
Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
Outstanding communication abilities.
