Q-PLAN INTERNATIONAL is a private innovation and management consulting firm based in Thessaloniki, Greece.

We are currently looking for 2 young project consultants to join our International Projects and Studies department, which specialises in the design, management and elaboration of international research and innovation projects and studies.

Responsibilities

The Project Consultant will be involved in the following tasks:

Daily monitoring, implementation and management of EU research projects.
Preparation of technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information.
Analysis and interrelation of research data to develop integrated business studies and projections.
Design and implementation of primary and secondary market research studies to support business planning.
Development of business models and plans to drive the commercial rollout of research results.
Participation in the idea generation process and the design of new projects

Requirements

Academic scholarship (e.g. first-class graduates; please indicate your grades in class percentile if possible).
Availability to travel abroad (on average 10% for short trips).
BSc in Business or in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths).
Excellent communication and language skills (proficiency in oral and written English is a must, competence in expressing complex ideas in writing).
MSc in Business, Engineering, Informatics or other relevant field.
Reasoning skills (e.g. top percentile scores on aptitude tests like GMAT/GRE is a plus).
Soft and social skills (e.g. in relation to networking, presentation skills, civic engagement)
Strong time management and deadline focus. − International experience and/or ambition

Good to have

Knowledge of French or German is a plus
Relevant work experience is a plus
