We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join the company.

The IT Systems Senior Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing complex systems and network architecture, managing enterprise-level applications, and ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of IT services. The Senior Engineer acts as a technical leader and mentor, working closely with other IT team members and departments.

Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and resolve IT-related problems.
Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain network devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
System Administration: Manage servers, workstations, and IT resources, including software and hardware upgrades.
Cybersecurity: Implement security measures, monitor for vulnerabilities, and ensure data protection.
Software & Hardware Management: Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems.
Cloud & Data Management: Manage cloud-based services, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans.
Documentation & Training: Maintain IT documentation and train employees on best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in IT support, system administration, or network management.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Entra, Google Cloud).
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
