1. Network & Infrastructure Support:
· Monitor and maintain enterprise networks and telephony infrastructure
· Support NOC/SOC environments and resolve incidents in a timely manner
· Manage structured cabling systems and IT network equipment
· Provide 2nd-level user support and technical troubleshooting
2. Systems & Endpoint Administration:
· Manage On-Premise Active Directory and Azure AD environments
· Configure and operate SCCM, Intune, and Group Policy tools
· Monitor Windows environments (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft 365 Defender (EDR)
· Support secure and standardized endpoint deployment and lifecycle management
3. Application Development & Database Support:
· Develop and maintain applications using Oracle Forms/Reports (6i, 9i, 10g)
· Design and implement solutions using SQL and PL/SQL
· Maintain and administer Oracle and SQL Server databases
· Participate in requirements gathering, system integration, and software updates
