We are looking for a talented and motivated Fullstack PHP Developer to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

Development & Technical Execution

Write clean, maintainable PHP code using Laravel and Symfony components.
Build and optimize internal and external RESTful APIs.
Participate in full development lifecycle — from requirement analysis to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Write and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests.
Ensure efficient interaction with relational databases and write optimized queries.

Code Quality & Engineering Standards

Follow industry best practices and internal coding standards (PSR, SOLID principles, testing).
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous refactoring efforts.
Document systems and processes clearly and keep documentation up to date.
Help maintain a stable, secure, and performant production environment.

Team Collaboration & Cross-functional Support

Work closely with frontend developers and designers to deliver complete user experiences.
Collaborate with Product Managers to clarify requirements and scope tasks realistically.
Support QA efforts by understanding edge cases and designing with testability in mind.
Proactively support the Customer Success and Support teams with technical insights and timely fixes for urgent issues.

1–5 years of professional backend development experience in PHP.
Solid understanding of Laravel and/or Symfony frameworks and components.
Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns, RESTful API design, and relational databases.
Proficiency in MySQL, including query optimization and database design.
Knowledge and experience (modeling and architecture) of SQL and relational databases (ORM knowledge is a plus).
Experience working with Git, Docker, and modern development tools.
Strong debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of unit-tests and testing frameworks.
Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with caching mechanisms and search technologies like Redis and
Elasticsearch is a plus.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
