We are currently seeking for ambitious team players to become part of our dynamic Cyber Strategy & Transformation team within our Technology & Transformation department in Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely reports to support internal stakeholders, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity posture and fraud detection and prevention controls, ensuring visibility and alignment at both operational and executive levels.
  • Advise clients on cyber risk management, governance models, and operating models.
  • Propose and implement rule updates and enhancements to fraud detection systems based on new attack vectors.
  • Continuously monitor fraud trends and emerging threats in the cybercrime ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT security, compliance, customer service, and product teams) to enhance fraud prevention strategies.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and deep dives into fraudulent events to uncover tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by fraudsters.
  • Investigate and triage alerts generated by anti-fraud systems, determining whether they are false positives or confirmed fraud incidents.
  • Analyze potentially fraudulent transactions to identify patterns, behaviors, and anomalies.
  • Support the development of security policies, controls, standards, and awareness programs.
  • Develop fraud management strategies and identify fraud prevention and detection controls.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps tailored to client business needs.

Requirements

Cybersecurity
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Criminology or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to details and a proactive, risk-focused mindset.
  • Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to present results effectively to cross-functional teams.

Good to have

  • Experience in fraud prevention or cybersecurity fields.
  • Experience with Python, PowerBI or similar tools will be considered a plus.
  • Experience with fraud prevention and detection platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fraud.
