EasyRental is growing, and we are looking for a Leasing Sales Consultant to join our team at our Athens offices. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within a rapidly expanding "car-as-a-service" company.

You’ll play a key part in helping individuals and businesses find the leasing solutions that best fit their needs, while gaining valuable experience in the mobility sector.

Responsibilities

Establish strong daily communication with potential and existing clients to actively expand the clientele base
Manage incoming client requests and leads
Assess customers' needs and provide the most suitable offers based on their actual requirements
Monitor and follow up on all implementation stages until car delivery
Address customer requests and resolve complaints
Prepare offers and negotiate with clients
Build meaningful and trust-based relationships with clients

Requirements

Communication Skills

Sales

0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships
Strong sales acumen and a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Bachelor's degree
Strong computer skills
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and oral
Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and go the extra mile to meet customer needs.

You’ll be joining a small but dynamic sales team, working closely with experienced leasing consultants and marketing support. The team operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where ideas are shared freely, and every member plays a key role in driving results and building strong customer relationships.

Recruitment process
