On behalf of our client, a leading financial services group in Southern Europe, specializing in the management of credit portfolios and real estate assets, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

This role offers hands-on exposure to core PA functions with the clear aim of learning and evolving. The selected candidate will work closely with senior professionals and gain insight into the company’s overall operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal deadlines.
  • Organize business travel, including itineraries, bookings, and expense tracking.
  • Support the preparation of board minutes, internal reports, and documentation.
  • Act as a communication point for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in various administrative duties, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office.
  • Provide support to senior PA and gradually take on additional tasks to build PA skill set.
  • Handle ad hoc requests and projects, demonstrating strong organizational awareness.
  • Participate in internal processes and build knowledge of other business departments.
  • Uphold professionalism in all interactions and maintain confidentiality.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in office administration or executive support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage calendars and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Fast learner with analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.
  • Professional attitude, polished presence, and reliability.
