Basic Information

Insurance Guarantee is a fully digital insurance brokerage firm specializing in corporate clients, including industrial and hospitality businesses. Based in Metamorfosi, we are currenlty looking for an Accounting & Operations Assistant to join a team that takes pride in responsibility, collaboration, and long-term client trust.

Responsibilities

Management and monitoring of outstanding invoices.
Sending payment reminders and following up via email.
Entry of insurance policies and related financial documents.
Daily use and management of insurance company portals.
Reconciliation of accounts with insurance providers.
Support in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
Assistance with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
Implementation and adherence to internal processes and controls.
Other general administrative and accounting support tasks.
Data analysis and close collaboration with Management to provide accurate and timely insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Accounting

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Office

Proven experience in an administrative, accounting support, or finance-related role.
Excellent command of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, strong digital skills are essential.
Ability to manage written communications with accuracy and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in tracking payments and financial data.
Comfort working with ERP/accounting or insurance systems.
Organizational skills and ability to manage recurring weekly/monthly tasks.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good command of English and Greek.
