Due to our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Software Business Analyst in the area of Athens.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements from customers and translate them into detailed software specifications and workflows
Collaborate with project managers, engineers and software developers to design integrated logistics solutions
Act as a coordinator between customers, business units and technical teams by participating in solution design sessions
Create documentation related to process flows, interfaces, UI/UX design and test cases
Assist the project manager regarding software issues

Requirements

Information Technology

Bachelor’s degree or Certifications in IT or in a relevant field
Basic knowledge of programming languages.
Knowledge of RDBMS technologies (SQL)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
Very good communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player, ability to collaborate effectively in an international multicultural environment

Good to have
