BALLIAN SA is looking for a Civil Engineer (LEED) to join our team and help drive environmental certifications across our projects. You’ll be on the ground ensuring that what we build is not just functional—but environmentally responsible too.
Responsibilities
Prepare environmental management, waste handling, and indoor air quality plans
Visit construction sites, monitor progress, and compile monthly certification reports
Train site teams on sustainability topics such as material selection, IAQ, and waste management
Coordinate and track all aspects of green building certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.)
Research and recommend materials that meet project sustainability standards
Maintain documentation and manage the final submission process for certifications
Requirements
AutoCAD
Environmental Awareness
Environmental Science
Degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering—or similar
At least 2 years of on-site experience with LEED-certified (or equivalent) projects
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
