Strategic Leadership in Reliability Engineering
Champion the implementation and continuous improvement of the Eldorado Asset Management System across the site.
Lead cross-functional teams to embed a culture of reliability and proactive maintenance throughout the organization.
Advanced Reliability Strategy Development
Drive the development and optimization of maintenance strategies using advanced methodologies such as RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) and FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis).
Oversee the integration of predictive maintenance technologies and data analytics into asset management strategies.
Asset Performance and Lifecycle Management
Own and enhance the asset performance reporting framework, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
Lead initiatives to extend equipment lifecycle and improve sustainability through innovative engineering solutions.
Condition Monitoring and Diagnostics
Provide expert guidance on condition monitoring programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
Manage external vendors and internal teams for NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and condition monitoring services.
Analyze, and interpret data to identify equipment anomalies and potential failure modes, providing actionable recommendations to prevent unplanned downtime
Lubrication
Lead the development and execution of lubrication strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and handling, including lubricant selection, storage, handling, contamination control, and disposal.
Root Cause Analysis and Defect Elimination
Lead high-impact root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and defect elimination projects.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians in structured problem-solving and reliability improvement techniques.
Engineering Support and Mentorship
Serve as a senior technical authority for site wide reliability issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and mentoring.
Coordinate with engineering specialists to resolve complex equipment failures and performance issues.
Project and Change Management
Identify, lead, and manage capital and operational improvement projects that deliver measurable value.
Act as a change agent, promoting innovation and continuous improvement in maintenance and reliability practices.
Planning and Budgeting
Collaborate with maintenance planners to develop long-term maintenance plans and budgets.
Ensure alignment of reliability initiatives with business objectives and financial targets.
