Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at linq, you'll be:
  1. Client Guru: Serve as the ultimate point of contact for all customer account matters. Be the bridge between clients and our internal teams.
  2. Relationship Builder: Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with clients. Become their go-to for all things business.
  3. Service Maestro: Fully understand our array of services. Personalize and pitch custom offers to clients to meet their unique needs.
  4. Deal Orchestrator: Negotiate and close contracts, always aiming to maximize profits without compromising client satisfaction.
  5. 360° Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive view of service offerings, timelines, and deliverables for each account in your portfolio.
  6. Business Grower: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Meet sales quotas by upselling and reselling.
  7. Metrics Wizard: Keep track of key performance indicators like quarterly sales and annual forecasts to measure account health, and adapt strategies to hit your sales targets.
  8. Firefighter: Be ready and capable of assisting with urgent client issues or escalations as they arise.

What You'll Need:
  • 1+ year of experience in a B2B Account Manager role, ideally in a recruitment company.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment industry.

  • Fluent in English.
  • Customer-first mentality.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Empathy to understand customer needs, and negotiation skills.
