JGP Hellas is a well-established Greek engineering firm with an international portfolio in marine interior outfitting, light metal structures, and custom fabrication. Our projects span luxury cruise ships, high-end bars, hotel spas, and jacuzzi installations. We pride ourselves on precision, technical depth, and team spirit and we’re looking for a Technical Designer to bring our designs to life.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Designer, you’ll play a key part in our design-to-delivery process. Your work will support the engineering and fabrication of custom interiors and structures across marine and hospitality settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and revise detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD
Create accurate 3D models (Fusion 360, Revit Lite, or similar, we’ll provide licenses if needed) (Photorealism modeling would be a bonus but not required)
Translate engineering concepts into buildable plans
Apply company standards and drawing templates
Conduct occasional site measurements and technical surveys abroad in EU or US (some short travel involved)
Coordinate with engineers and workshop teams to support smooth execution

Required:

Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD drafting
Working knowledge or foundational experience in 3D modeling software (Fusion 360, Revit, or comparable)
Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Good to have

Nice to Have (but not required):

University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Certifications or completed coursework in CAD, Fusion 360, or Revit
Previous experience in marine outfitting, industrial design, or construction
Ability to interpret technical documentation and fabrication specs
