We are seeking a motivated Senior Digital Transformation Engineer to join our Operations & Control team, part of our M Power Projects Division, based in Paiania. This internal opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand their impact and grow within the company while continuing to contribute to our shared success.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify needs for tech-driven solutions.
Translate business pain-points into clear, actionable requirements.
Prepare business cases for digital transformation (DT) initiatives.
Manage the department’s DT roadmap, balancing effort vs. impact.

Solutions Development/Selection:

Lead the selection and integration of digital tools to improve project efficiency.
Work closely with IT to choose or develop optimal business solutions.
Ensure digital tools enhance operational performance.

Deployment:

Conduct briefings and training during digital solution rollouts.
Drive change management for smooth adoption of new tools.
Lead implementation efforts by engaging with stakeholders across levels.
Monitor and adapt approaches to ensure successful integration.

How:

Promote a culture of change and continuous improvement through best practices in digital transformation.
Work effectively in cross-functional teams using both Agile and Waterfall methods.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive engagement.
Act as a bridge between project teams and leadership, reporting on progress, challenges, and key insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or relevant field.
6+ years of experience.
3+ years of experience with digital transformation projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong experience leading change projects.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to have
