We’re looking for a Platform Success Associate to join our team and support our Customer Success in helping customers get the most out of linq. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, from setting up job posts to preparing usage insights, and you’ll gradually grow to manage accounts yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers to linq platform
  • Create job posts based on customer needs
  • Screen applications and flag potential issues (low volume or quality)
  • Compile candidate lists for review and delivery to the customer
  • Prepare meeting materials, including customer feedback notes and usage stats
  • Update and track project board (Trello) with meeting minutes, key account info and tasks
  • Assist customers with any questions or issues they may encounter
  • Support the Platform Success Manager by tracking usage metrics and flagging accounts that need attention

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR, or customer success
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to timely, accurate task execution
  • Ability to extract and report on simple usage data (e.g., platform activity or engagement)
  • Excellent written and verbal professional communication in Greek and English
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative

Good to have

  • Experience in a SaaS or HRTech environment
  • Familiarity with Trello, Notion, or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems or job board platforms
  • Interest in growing into a Customer Success Specialist role
