Classter is a venture-backed EdTech, a fast-growing school and learning management SaaS platform. Based in Kavala, Greece, the company has expanded internationally with a current presence in more than 30 countries.

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer that will join our Product team and help maintain, optimize, and improve our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (any cloud provider, ideally Azure).
Develop and maintain automation scripts (preferably in Python or Go).
Support and troubleshoot Windows-based systems.
Ensure system reliability and performance following Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Basic understanding of SQL administration for troubleshooting and support.

At least 1 year of experience in a Cloud Operations or related role.
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Strong scripting skills (Python or Go preferred).
Knowledge of Windows Server administration.
Familiarity with SQL administration at a basic level.
Understanding of SRE best practices to enhance system availability and performance.
