Basic Information

Cosmetic Derma Medicine Medical Group, an award-winning Group specializing in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, and Hair Transplantation, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join its branches in Nicosia and Limassol, Cyprus as a Clinic Manager.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for professionals based in Greece to relocate to Cyprus and join our team in Nicosia or Limassol, with relocation support, housing allowance, company car, and mobile phone provided.

Net Salary: 2500€ + Bonus + Car + Mobile

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative presentations and personalized information about services
Drive sales performance, ensuring monthly and annual targets are achieved
Manage appointments and daily scheduling to ensure operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience before and after services
Oversee and organize the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic
Lead, motivate, and support the local team to deliver high-quality services
Collaborate closely with medical and administrative staff
Coordinate with headquarters to implement company procedures and meet performance standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general computer use
Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered a plus
Professional appearance and ability to represent the company’s high standards
