Paperpack Single Member S.A, one of Greece’s leading industrial companies in printing and packaging, is currently seeking to hire an IT Support Specialist to join the IT Department. 

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and networks across the organization. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance, while also contributing to IT projects and infrastructure improvements.  The role requires good technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to provide excellent user support. This is a dynamic opportunity to work closely with the IT Manager, sharpen your technical skills, and make a real impact on daily operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Support end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely using diagnostic techniques and targeted questioning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to networks, systems, and applications.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
  • Install, configure, and support hardware, operating systems, and business applications. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, assisting in IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support, System/Network administration, or technical troubleshooting. 
  • Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and IT security best practices.
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and cloud computing. 
  • Troubleshooting expertise in hardware, software, and connectivity issues. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical users. 
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. 
  • Good knowledge of English (written & spoken). 
  • Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable).

Good to have

  • Certifications on Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure. 
  • Previous experience with SCCM/Intune Administration & Policies.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Identity Provider (Entra ID) or Hybrid Environment (AD-Entra ID).
  • Experience in automation with PowerShell scripting. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR and endpoint security. 

Recruitment process

The hiring process includes an initial application review, followed by one or two interview rounds with the IT Manager and relevant team members.
