The Driver Supply Quality Manager ensures that all recruited drivers meet and maintain company standards on healthiness, welcomeness, and compliance. The role is responsible for onboarding quality, utilisation of new drivers, retraining, and suspension/offboarding processes.

- Quality KPIs (Great Rides %, suspension compliance, retraining success) achieved
- Improved utilisation and retention of new drivers
- Reduction in quality-related escalations
Span of Control
- Works with Driver Ops managers, Community Engagement, Support, BI
- Direct line management of the Onboarding & Quality teams
