Our team is currently growing, and we are looking for an Area & Business Development Manager to join us!

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily presence in stores to monitor smooth operations and compliance with company procedures.
  • Oversee service standards and store image.
  • Track sales targets and implement actions to boost performance.
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales staff.
  • Prepare work schedules, support staff management (leaves, shifts, issue resolution), and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Production and Quality Control Managers for continuous product and process improvements.
  • Expand the customer base and attract new clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competition; propose new products and concepts.
  • Prepare business reports and proposals.
  • Liaise with external marketing partners, providing market insights and feedback.
  • Bridge marketing and sales by ensuring campaigns translate into customer growth and increased sales.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management, ideally in the food & beverage sector.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in team management and sales development.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data (sales, market, competition) and generate insights.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Soft1) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Adaptability, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial spirit.
