Financial Europeans is seeking a sharp, persuasive, and highly adaptable Account Manager/Influencer Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be at the center of our influencer marketing operations, managing both clients and content creators. We’re looking for someone with strong presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and align people — even in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Management: Build trust and long-term partnerships with clients and influencers by understanding their real needs, even the unspoken ones.
Campaign Execution: Oversee campaign progress from pitch to delivery, ensuring results are achieved and clients are satisfied.
Upselling & Creative Expansion: Spot opportunities to grow accounts by introducing new ideas, angles, and creators — before anyone even asks.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with influencers, clients, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Fluency in German, English and Greek is required

Required: Hands-on experience with Notion and comfort working with CRM systems like HubSpot
Detail oriented with strong time management and independent work ethic
