CORDIA, a leading company in Facilities Management, is seeking an IT First Level Technical Support & Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. Responsibilities

As an IT First Level Technical Support & Junior Systems Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing IT issues and assist in the day-to-day management of our IT infrastructure. Your work will help ensure smooth IT operations across the company while giving you the opportunity to develop skills in system administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for users with hardware, software, and application issues.
  • Log, track, and document requests through the company’s Ticketing System.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and hands-on fixes (installing/updating software, setting up hardware, configuring user systems).
  • Support system administration tasks, including:
    • Managing Microsoft 365 user accounts and licenses. 
  • Assisting with Azure Active Directory configurations. 
  • Supporting endpoint security monitoring and updates.
  • Monitor and respond to IT requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions.
  • Develop familiarity with CORDIA’s IT services, systems, and processes.

Requirements

Network Administration
  • Basic knowledge of desktop and server operating systems, primarily Windows.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Active Directory, and endpoint security tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing).
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow and explain step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
  • Enthusiasm to develop skills in systems administration.

Good to have

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Previous internship or 1–2 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk is considered an advantage.
