Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee demand intake processes, ensuring thorough evaluation, prioritization, and alignment of IT Infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.
Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, while conducting risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery outcomes.
Create, maintain, and optimize detailed project plans, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and adaptability throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, engaging diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and timely decision-making.
Facilitate and lead structured project governance, including weekly calls, progress reviews, and reporting to stakeholders at multiple levels.
Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of global IT Infrastructure projects, meeting agreed objectives and service standards.

Requirements

Project Management

B.Sc. in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, including managing cross-functional and strategic initiatives
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
Exceptional planning, budgeting, and resource management capabilities.
Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
