The opportunity
Our Audit practice is one of the most trusted, respected and influential organization in the industry. It’s structured into three Sub-Groups based on the industry we serve (Core, Shipping, Financial Services and Insurance), you will join one of them and will start developing your Business Skills from day one. Also, you will be part of a team in which you will be using these skills and experience to give companies, investors and regulators confidence in the validity of financial statements and provide meaningful insights into both accounting and reporting matters and business-critical information or processes.
Your Journey during the Selection Process
- You will assess your skills through technical and personality assessments
- 1st Interview with HR Representatives to get to know you better and conduct in-depth analysis of your Career Development at EY’s Audit practice
- 2nd Physical Interview with Audit Representatives in which you will gain a better understanding of what makes EY’s Audit practice unique and acknowledged as a market leader
- Feedback on your application
Your Onboarding Experience as a successful candidate
- Designated Buddy and Counselor of your team will welcome you and help you to get familiarized with the organization
- 2 weeks full of physical trainings and e-learnings on Audit processes
- You will start immediately your Professional Qualification (ACCA/ACA/JES/AMP)
