Supervise field operations, including site visits, technician performance, and installation of air conditioning and heating systems.
Lead project teams to deliver technically accurate and timely mechanical engineering designs and solutions.
Coordinate with clients and external partners to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality design and installation processes.
Manage projects to successful completion—on schedule, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
