ORBYT-GLOBAL S.A. is continuously growing and we are looking for L1 Technical Support Engineer to become a valuable member of our Network Operations Center (NOC) team.
The Technical Support Engineer is tasked with recording, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues on a 24/7 basis. Additionally, the Engineer plays an active role in escalation processes and coordinates with various internal and external teams. By ensuring swift and effective resolution of reported cases, the team maintains a high standard of technical support and service for our customers in the maritime industry.
