This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or students in their final year of studies who are eager to gain hands-on experience in technical support and network operations within the maritime industry.
NOC Support Team is tasked with recording, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues on a 24/7 basis. Additionally, the team plays an active role in escalation processes and coordinates with various internal and external partners. By ensuring prompt and effective resolution of reported cases, the team maintains a high standard of technical support and service for our customers in the maritime industry.
