Description
We are looking for a HR Officer trainee to support the growth of our HR business and maintain our internal HR processes. 

Responsibilities

What we expect from you...
 
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring coordination).
  • Communicate with universities and support internship programs, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accurate documentation via the ERGANI system.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases in line with company policies and Greek labor law.
  • Support daily HR operations, including leave management, absences, and employee requests.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, processes, and internal procedures.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees on HR-related questions.
  • Assist with compliance activities and audits (e.g., ISO standards), ensuring proper documentation.
