inSymmetry International is a global peer-to-peer group coaching program for senior executives across diverse industries. The program features cross-industry cohorts, expert facilitators, and an active international community, offering high-impact development for leaders worldwide. The program is delivered and managed by AIMS International Hellas in Greece.

Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Conduct exploratory calls with prospective participants and guide them through the program journey.
  • Track leads, maintain the sales pipeline and collaborate with facilitators for conversions.
  • Coordinate with the external marketing collaborator for newsletters, social posts and communications.
  • Maintain CRM, databases and shared drives; prepare materials for monthly planning.

Community Engagement

  • Coordinate participant and alumni communications.
  • Organize community online & live events and track engagement.
  • Manage program logistics, facilitator meetings, and events.
  • Handle participant onboarding, agreements, and follow-ups.
  • Support the Collective Wisdom Series setup and coordination.
  • Manage testimonial collection and ambassador engagement.

Data & Analytics / Systems Management

  • Ensure CRM accuracy, prepare monthly dashboards and engagement reports.
  • Support quarterly reviews and planning cycles.
  • Maintain the shared knowledge base and core templates (presentations, flyers, forms, surveys).

  • Warm, professional, and people-oriented. (Sales attitude)
  • Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills (English essential, & Greek).
  • Competent in digital tools (Office, Google Workspace, CRM, Canva, Mailchimp, Zoom, etc.).
  • Desire to grow in a collaborative, high-trust environment.
